One-on-one fitness education seeking to accomplish not only personal goals but also a change of lifestyle. Small group training:

This is an opportunity to experience a whole new concept about functional training, private session ( 2 - 6 people ) that focus on achieving individual fitness goals, developing personal skills, body weight strength , flexibility and seeking to accomplish a higher level of health and fitness.

Customized training program

Designed especially for you, custom exercise routines and plans to guide & support into reaching all personal health and fitness goals. This program can be modified according to the client’s transformation. 

Customized nutrition program:

Created for people who want to learn how to make better decisions about their nutrition, weight loss and health overall. Designed according to every individual need, customized meal plan within your daily limit of calories. The program includes: Goal setting/ body weight check/ body fat % & bmi/ body measurements/ Meal planning/ breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
